Do I need a Passport? What Documents are Required?
A valid passport is strongly recommended for all travelers. If you don’t have one, you may be able to cross the border with alternative documents—such as a Passport Card, Enhanced Driver’s License (from select states), or a combination of a Real ID, original U.S. birth certificate, and supporting documents—only if approved by your Patient Coordinator.
If your passport is expired or missing, we suggest applying for an expedited renewal or replacement to avoid delays.
