Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty (ESG) in Mexico

Endoscopic Sleeve Gastroplasty is a cutting-edge, non-surgical weight loss procedure designed for patients who want real results—without incisions, scars, or long recovery times. ESG uses a flexible suturing device inserted through the mouth to reshape and reduce stomach volume, helping you feel full faster and eat less.

If you’ve struggled to lose weight through diet and exercise alone, ESG may help you lose 15–20% of your total body weight—while also improving conditions like Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea, and joint pain.

At Hospital Azar, our expert team offers ESG with U.S.-standard care at a fraction of the cost.

How ESG Works: Non-Surgical & Minimally Invasive

ESG is performed under general anesthesia using an endoscope equipped with a light, camera, and suturing tool. This incision-free method avoids traditional surgery while still delivering powerful results:

This outpatient procedure typically takes 30–45 minutes and does not require overnight hospitalization.
