“I cannot believe how far I’ve come”
My highest recorded number is 328 pounds! I still feel like I have so far to go to my goal weight but last night at my Christmas party I didn’t hate hardly any photos of me in fact I kept thinking who the heck is that baddie??? The red dress was a size 24 the shorter dress is a size 10!! I cannot believe how far I’ve come in this journey! People often ask if I have any regrets in this journey, the only one is that I didn’t do it sooner!

Thank you to MBC & MCC, Dr. Gutierrez & Dr. Nieblas for helping me find my health and physique again. Pregnancy did a number on my body, both physically and hormonally. Maintained my weight for 10 months for plastics. I haven’t measured because I am still swollen, but I have lost 2 pants sizes just from having my loose skin around my middle removed. From a size 3X top and 24 pants to size small tops and size 8/10 pants ❤ My advice: be patient. Don’t get trapped by a diet culture mentality. I am eating a few bites of ice cream as I type this 🙂 everything in moderation! But eat your protein first – always! – and drink your water. Be kind to yourself. Stay positive – even when the scale hasn’t moved. Your body is changing in ways you can’t physically see, and it is all for the better.
